The Silverton
Movement Center offers
Yoga classes for
all levels. We host several
yoga workshops by Anusara™-certified
trainers such as Jamie Allison and Ulla Lundgren throughout the year.
The SMC staff feels that the beautiful
and serene setting
of Silverton is the ideal place to
enhance one’s yoga practice. The
group movement studio is bright,
with awe-inspiring views of our
13,000 foot peaks. The floor is
heated and a wood stove adds to the
warmth. Our classes are taught by
dedicated, compassionate
teachers
whose love of yoga inspires,
enriches and elevates the spirit.
