Help Wanted:

Experienced Yoga Teacher interested in teaching one to two Yoga classes a week as well as teaching in The Silverton School Integrative PE Program. The opportunity to teach workshops and grow a Yoga program in beautiful Silverton are here now! Experience in massage/pilates/spin/ or other fitness/health modalities a plus. Group Movement Classes at the SMC Studio
 
Pilates, Yoga, Tribal Bellydance, Indoor Cycling
Drop In Class:  $12.00 each. Ten Class Card: $100 ($10 each class). 
Multi-session class cards must be used within 4 months of purchase.

Pilates Private and Shared Lessons

For a more intimate Pilates session with one individual or shared with a friend. 
Highly-tailored instruction for individualized learning and results.
Private Lessons: $47.00 Each, 5 Lessons: $45 each, 10 lessons: $42.00 each
Shared Lessons: $37.00 Each, 5 Lessons: $35 each, 10 lessons: $32.00 each

Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork

One Hour: $65, One and a Half Hours: $90.
